As a member of the Shell Graduate Programme, you will follow a rigorous development plan that incorporates specialized competencies, business-essential capabilities, and critical experiences.
From the start of the programme, you will be assigned challenging, hands-on roles in a diverse global setting.
Throughout the programme, you will be supervised and mentored, with regular reviews as part of a planned growth plan.

Qualification
To be eligible for the Shell Graduate Programme, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Be in the final year of post-graduation or have graduated with an advanced degree such as Masters or PhD from a recognized university with less than 3 years of work experience.
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have graduated prior to the first day at Shell.
